We are a small Catalan company focused on natural and craft products. The workroom where we produce our vinegar is located in Sant Hipòlit de Voltregà, in the heart of Osona, close to Vic.
We produce a home-made vinegar with honey without added flour and completely sugar free, for flavouring and colouring a variety of dishes with the great health benefits of honey. Suitable for people suffering from gluten intolerance (celiacs) and with the lowest amounts of sulphates <5%.
Our vinegar with honey is ideally suited to season and garnish any kind of salads: green salad, pulse salad, pasta salad, rice salad, marinated foods or carpaccios. Excellent product for preparing reductions and sauces.
